Smart thermostat wired correctly, staged equipment configured properly, and the schedule set up before we leave.
Most smart thermostat complaints are configuration, not the thermostat. A heat pump set up as a furnace will burn expensive strip heat all winter and the homeowner will never know why the bill went up.
We wire it, configure it for your actual equipment, and sit down with you to build the schedule. You should not have to read a manual after we leave.
