Short version: we collect what we need to turn up and do the job, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you book an appointment we ask for your name, phone number, service address and, optionally, an email address and a note about the problem. We need the address to get to you and the phone number because the technician calls ahead. That is the whole reason each field exists.
What we do with it
We use it to schedule and carry out the work, and to contact you about that appointment. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.
Your appointment link
Your confirmation page has a long random code in its address. Anyone holding that link can see and cancel that appointment, so treat it like a ticket. It is not listed in search engines and it cannot be guessed from another one.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers or analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are kept as business and tax records require. If you want your details removed, call (417) 609-6155 or email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
