Maintenance Tune-Up
The visit that keeps the August breakdown from happening. Coil cleaning, electrical check, refrigerant verification, drain clearing.
Most of what we replace on an emergency call in July was visible and cheap in April. A tune-up is not a car wash for your air conditioner. It is an electrical and refrigerant inspection with the measurements written down, so this year can be compared to last year.
You get the report whether or not we find anything. If we do find something, you get a price and no pressure. Spring and fall are the right time, and they are also the only times we can get to you quickly.
What the visit includes
- Condenser and evaporator coil cleaned
- Refrigerant charge verified against the nameplate
- Capacitor and contactor tested under load
- Condensate drain cleared and treated
- Blower wheel and filter checked
- Full written report with every reading
