We are a local heating and air company working out of Carl Junction, covering Carl Junction, Joplin and the surrounding area. Three words are on our logo, and this page is what they mean in practice.

Why we do it this way
The complaint people have about this trade is almost never the repair itself. It is finding out the price afterwards, being sold a whole system when a capacitor would have done, or waiting in all day for a truck that never turns up.
So we fixed those three things specifically. You get a two-hour arrival window instead of a vague day. You get the measurements we took and what they mean. You get a written price before anything is replaced, and the quote does not expire when the technician drives away.
If the honest answer is that the cheap fix will hold for another season, that is the answer you get. We would rather have the next ten jobs than the biggest version of this one.

Our licence number goes in the footer of every page as soon as it is issued — ask and we will give it to you over the phone.
Measured, not guessed
Static pressure, superheat and subcooling, amp draw. Parts get tested before they get replaced, and you see the readings.
Warranty in writing
Repair labour is warrantied, and new systems carry the manufacturer's parts warranty with our labour terms written down, not promised verbally.
