Duct Cleaning and Sealing
Leaky, dirty or undersized duct work is the reason one room never gets comfortable. Plan on a half day.
Duct sealing is the one thing in this trade where the before and after numbers are dramatic and easy to show you. We take airflow readings first, do the work, and take them again.
We seal with mastic. Foil tape in a 140 degree attic is a temporary repair sold as a permanent one. Expect photographs of anything you cannot see yourself.
